Post-vacation Blues

It always happens.

Never fails.

Every single time.

As soon as the last carload of kids and grands drives off from the family vacation, even though I know that I know that I'll see them again very soon, the post-vacation blues crash over me like a tidal wave on the storm-tossed sea. 

Why?

Because I LOVE being with my kids.

So does Father God!
