About the author:

Bible teacher, Jill Glassco, began writing Christian storybooks for children and families in 2011. Her works include The Schoolhouse, Secrets of Shiloh, Hoot Owl Hollow, and Mr. Greenleaf's Unforgettable Summer. She and husband, Phillip, reside in Birmingham, Alabama. The Glasscos are the parents of three adult children, proud grandparents times five, and active members of Church of the Highlands.

About the illustrator:

Dawn Copeland is a talented, newly discovered artist who began oil painting in 2011. With the encouragement of her husband, William, she quickly developed a love for family pet portraits as well as pencil and charcoal drawings. Mr. Greenleaf's Unforgettable Summer is her first book illustration. The Copelands have two grown daughters, a sweet Collie named Ellie, and are active members of Church of the Highlands.
