"Let us therefore come BOLDLY to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need." (Hebrew 4:16)

Yesterday, out of a flock, only one hungry flamingo came boldly to our three-year-old grandboy's hand and found yummies for his tummy.

Throughout Scripture, time after time, God invites His children to His outstretched hand:

Jesus said, "So I say to you, ASK, and it will be given to you; SEEK, and you will find; KNOCK and it will be opened to you." (Luke 11:9)

"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7)

"Be joyful in hope, patient in tribulation, faithful in prayer." (Romans 12:12)
