Time Out

Our grands at Little Nashville



"Give thanks in all situations for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus." (1 Thess. 5:15 CEB)

           Yesterday, we joined our grands in children's church and heard the lesson "take time out to say thank you." Throughout the rest of the day, we heard: 

"Time out! Thank you, Granddaddy and Memaw, for lunch at Steak and Shake!"

"Time out! Thank you, Granddaddy and Memaw, for taking us to

Little Nashville."

 "Time out! Thank you, Granddaddy and Memaw, for taking us to the toy department at Target!"

"Time out! Thank you, Granddaddy and Memaw, for pizza/movie night!"

and before we tucked three, weary little fellows into bed, 

we prayed,

"Time out! Thank you, God, for everything!"
