RACE is NOT an Issue Here

"And they sang a new song, saying, 'Worthy are You [Jesus] to take the book and break its seals; for You were slain, and purchased for God with Your blood men from every tribe and tongue and people and nation. You have made them a kingdom and priests to our God; and they will reign upon the earth.'" (Revelation 5:9-10)



When Superman and I got to church yesterday morning, beautiful, smiling faces of various colors greeted us. Thank You, Lord Jesus, that race is NOT an issue here! Red, brown, yellow, black, and white, they are precious in Your sight, Jesus loves the little children of the world; and at Church of the Highlands, we love Jesus and one another.

When I was a child in the 1960s, race was a serious issue. Today, the devil's working overtime to make it a divisive issue again; but in the Kingdom of God, race never has and never will be a problem - ever - period!

In Truth, only two people groups walk the face of this earth - those with Jesus and those without; and by His love, grace, and mercy, God commissions His believing children to go into all the world and make disciples - snatching unbelievers from the flames of judgment, bringing them into His everlasting arms, and baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Beloved, if your making race an issue, STOP in the name of God's law!!!

"The one who says he is in the Light and yet hates his brother is in the darkness...By this the children of God and the children of the devil are obvious: anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor the one who does not love his brother. For this is the message which you have heard from the beginning, that we should love one another." (1 John 2:9, 3:10-11)
