"Who can speak and have it happen if the Lord has not decreed it?" ( Lamentations 3:37)
Because weathermen predicted a winter storm packing inches of snow, all schools across north and central Alabama closed today. As it turned out, the Lord decreed a few snowflakes and sunshine.
And the morale of this story is? "It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man." (Psalm 118:8)
