Grandboy's kindergarten class

"Let each generation tell its children of Your mighty acts; let them proclaim Your power...The LORD is merciful and compassionate, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love. The LORD is good to everyone. He showers compassion on all His creation. All Your works will thank You, LORD, and Your faithful followers will praise You." (Psalm 145:4, 5-10)

For the kindergarteners, today was Grandparents Day at Briarwood Christian School.

Followed by a Veterans Day program in the lovely sanctuary.

Tears stung my eyes as we watched veterans from the present-day conflict in Iraq and Afghanistan all the way back to World War II fill the stage.

O God, help America, the land that we love.
