In Search of Lady Wisdom

      On Saturday, our summer small group semester ended with Serve Day. (Across the great state of Alabama, over 13,000 Church of the Highlands Members put Christ's love into action by visiting nursing home residents, mowing lawns, building an elementary school playground, washing cars, making repairs at King's Ranch, and handing out free hot dogs and cold waters - just to name a few of the worthwhile projects. All praise and glory to the Lord Jesus Christ!)
      In preparation for fall semester, I've embarked on a mission: in search of Lady Wisdom - hunting through God's Treasure Book to uncover buried riches. King Solomon beckoned gold diggers. "Sell everything and buy Wisdom! Forage for Understanding! Don't forget one word! Don't deviate one inch! Never walk away from Lady Wisdom - she guards your life; love her - she keeps her eye on you... She'll garland your life with grace, she'll festoon your days with beauty." (Prov. 4:4-9, The Message)
