The Artist of Sunsets

"For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword..." (Heb. 4:12 NLT)

Believing that God, the Artist of sunsets, is in charge and in full control, why do we worry about anything? But we do.

I issued my older grands a Bible verse challenge this morning (Rebecca, check your email). The challenge - memorize Phil. 4:6-7 NLT for a prize from Memaw:

"Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all he has done. Then you will experience God's peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus."
