To illustrate the point further, Jesus told them this story, "A man had two sons..." (Luke 15:11 NLT)



Jesus was the master storyteller. He used vivid word pictures to paint Biblical truth across the minds and hearts of His audience.

In 2011, God called me to storytelling: "You will be able to tell wonderful stories to your children and grandchildren about the marvelous things I am doing." (Ex. 10:2)

Behind the Willowkins’ hunting cabin, the Coosa River flowed silently under a full moon’s glow. Bullfrog croaks, cricket twitters, and firefly winks in the warm summer evening painted a picture-perfect backdrop for storytelling.

Wilbur Willowkins and twelve children and grandchildren gathered around Martha Willowkins. Two years had passed since their unforgettable summer with Mr. Greenleaf at the big house over Blue Heron Lake, and two more wee-Willowkins had joined the family: baby Lee and baby Hunter, little Alexander’s new brother.
