Underrated Miracle

"For me, to live is Christ and to die is gain." (Philippians 1:21)

My godly, wise son, Dan, recently said, "Physical healing is not the only miracle; going to heaven when we die is the greatest miracle of all."  

While on earth, Jesus Christ healed the sick and even raised the dead; but in every case, sickness and death visited again. Jesus said, "Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to the Father." (John 14:12)

What did Jesus mean? Because Jesus would shed His blood on a cross, die in place of sinners, be buried, rise on the third day,  ascend into heaven, and sit down at the right hand of God the Father, believers in Him will have forgiveness of every sin they have or will ever commit and never-ending, forevermore, eternal life in heaven with God forever and ever and ever - the GREATEST miracle of all!
