Our beautiful Rebecca and babygrand

"But You, LORD, are a shield around me, my glory, and the One who lifts my head." (Psalm 3:3)

Antidepressants, take one or more daily as needed:

1. Write a letter to an elderly lady or gentleman.

2. Call someone and pray for them.

3. Pray fifteen minutes for widows, prisoners, and orphans.

4. Make cookies and take to a neighbor.

5. Text an encouraging Bible verse to three people.

6. Make a long list of things God has done for you and thank Him.

7. Pay for the car behind you in a drive-thru.

8. Take a walk in the sunshine and talk to Jesus.

9. Listen to "Sounds Like Reign" on YouTube.

10. Read Psalm 100 out loud.

"Set your minds on things that are above . . . " (Colossians 3:2)

"And do not be conformed to the world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect." (Romans 12:2)

"Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if anything is worthy of praise, think about these things." (Philippians 4:8)

Do you feel better, beloved? I pray you do!
