Fall Creek Falls
Tennessee

"There is a way that appears to be right, but in the end it leads to death." (Proverbs 14:12)

Early this morning, superman and I set out for the base of Fall Creek Falls - the highest free-falling waterfalls east of the Rockies. We found the Fall Creek Falls overlook (pictured above). We found the Lower Loop Trail, and off we hiked without checking the map or asking directions. Did we get to the base of the falls? Nope. Later, we found the Fall Creek Falls Base Trail in the completely opposite direction.

Beloved, what appears to be the right way often isn't. So, never start a day without checking the map of God's Word and asking Him for directions.

"Your word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path." (Psalm 119:105)
