Stay Close

“…I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse. So choose life in order that      you may live, you and your descendants,

by loving the Lord your God,

                        by obeying His voice, and

                                    by holding fast to Him;

                             for this is your life and the length of your days…”     Deuteronomy 30:19-20

Thought for the day:

In these verses, God offers you the secrets to an abundant, fulfilled, joyful, and productive life (not problem free). The secrets? LOVE, OBEY, and STAY CLOSE to Him! Watch for opportunities today to love Jesus by obeying His commands – doing the things He’s told you to do and not doing the things He says not to do. Be alert to the things of the world and the devil, which pull you away from God.
