Highways or Byways

"...Before the presence of the Lord; lift up your hands to Him for the life of your little ones." (Lamentations 2:19b) "For you can enter God's Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way. But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it." (Matt. 7:13-14)

Remember our friend, Dan, from the May 4th post? After losing his son, his wife, and becoming confined to a walker, old Dan asked, "What can I do for the Lord?" 

I invited him to prayer partner with me and sent a list of seven names of young folks traveling the "wide highway." For weeks now, this man of God has faithfully prayed twice a day for the wayward travelers, and this week, I received the praise-the-Lord good news that two of the seven have turned back toward the narrow gateway of life!

Got a kid on a hell-bent highway, beloved? Lift up your hands to Jesus and enlist a faithful army to fervently pray alongside you!
