My grands

"He Himself bore our sins on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds you have been healed." (1 Peter 2:24)

Yesterday, I asked my Rebecca to snap this picture of our older grands' interpretation of "Hallelujah," which means God be praised. Today is Good Friday - the anniversary of the day Jesus suffered and died in our place. Let us joyfully shout to the Lord, all the earth, and sing praises to His holy name because...

"...having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ... For while we were still helpless, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly... For as through [Adam's] disobedience the many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of [Jesus] the many will be made righteous (Romans 5:1,6,19)... Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life... For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 6:4,23)."

"Religion says shame on you; relationship [with Jesus] says shame off you."  ~ John Gray

He is risen!

He is risen indeed!

Believe!

And you are set free!
